2026 Home Brew Schedule

ENTRIES CLOSE: 6pm Tuesday 19th May 2026
ENTRY FEE: $3. No late entries will be accepted
PRIZES: 1st & 2nd prizes donated
JUDGING: Wednesday 20th May 2026. Entries to be delivered to the Expo Centre between 4pm and 6pm Wednesday 20th May 2026
JUDGING CRITERIA: Based on Australian Amateur Brewing Championship guidelines. (see www.AABC.org.au): points awarded for aroma, appearance, flavour, and mouth feel.

CONDITIONS OF ENTRY:

1. Can be commercial base or brewed from basic ingredients.

2. One (1) bottle per entry (300ml or Larger)

3. No prize unless three (3) or more entries per class

4. Entry labels must be firmly attached to bottles.

5. Judges reserve the right to decline judging an entry due to lack of carbonation &/or offensive aroma.
