The aim of the cattle section is to encourage people with stud cattle to enter more and to encourage new stud owners and breed societies to enter, so the cattle industry can grow.

We encourage the involvement of the younger people in the way of ring stewards and also a junior heifer show that consists of a Paraders and Junior Judging competitions. The show offers all classes for all breeds of beef cattle and we encourage all to visit the cattle section.

The interbreed competition is the highlight of our show. This is for all the grand champions to compete in an interbreed class and be in the running to become the supreme exhibit of the show and take home not only the title but a large cash prize kindly donated by one of our many great sponsors.

FRIDAY 9th MAY - Junior Judging & Paraders
SATURDAY 10th MAY - Breed Classes, LED Steer Competition, Interbreed & Grand Parade
SUNDAY 11th MAY - Junior Heifer Show

GOLD CLASS PARADERS FOR OVER 25 - Saturday afternoon at completion of Grand Parade. Gold coin donation - money raised will go to nominated charity of the show - Australian Skin Cancer Foundation.
