First staged in 1873, the Dubbo Show has grown from small beginnings to become one of the major agricultural shows in NSW and is currently recognised as one of the top five shows in the state.
The show combines the traditional elements we all know and love with exciting exhibits and headline entertainment to keep people coming back again and again.
It is the vision of the Committee to continue to hold a show which entertains, provides an outstanding showcase for our exhibitors and a first-class competition for our competitors.

Mission Statement
The Committee of the Dubbo Show Society Inc. believe that good people, working towards a common goal can accomplish anything that they set out to do.
In this spirit our goal is to provide an avenue for achieving Agricultural Excellence through competition and to Engage, Educate and Entertain our patrons and customers in safe, controlled but dynamic and exciting environment.
Every action that the committee makes should be made with our customers and patrons in mind with the goal of preserving a Community Asset, that is the Dubbo Show Society.
We also believe that we can only achieve our goal if we work towards fulfilling the needs of our own committee and unlocking the full potential of our committee members and fostering the involvement of youth in our organisation.
